Refund policy

Items can be returned, exchanged, refunded within 7 days. Kindly notify us of this decision as soon as possible. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns or Exchanges via Courier attract an additional delivery fee ($40) and the initial delivery fee is non refundable. Returns or Exchanges can also be done via our Meetup Points for free, according to our schedule.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify accordingly.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as swimwear, briefs, jewelry, A-vests, Sunglasses, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
Refunds are provided via Bank Transfer. As such, once a request is made to return an item, kindly forward the relevant banking information so that the refund can be simultaneously processed. Returns that are done at our Meetup locations only will be refunded via Cash. As such, when making the relevant request, you can notify us of your preferred method. 

 

Watch Warranty:

Tied Together Mens Hub will service every brand name watch sold on our website for a period of 3 to 6 months after purchase. Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program. Our warranty does not cover "external damage" to the product.

 

What's Covered:

The warranty applies to the following:

• Manufacturing defects

• Watch movement

 

What's Not Covered:

Tied Together Mens Hub warranty does not cover any damage resulting from, water/moisture damage. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet/band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch. Damage which occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party, nulls and voids the warranty from Tied Together Mens Hub.


This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.

• External wear-and-tear from normal daily use.

• External damage to the product. Any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch

• Defects caused by outside force, improper use, or ANY such incidental damages which occur by dropping or banging the timepiece.

• Any lost/missing stones or gems on the outer portion of the watch or watch face

• Outside modifications and third party repair attempts void the warranty

• Any damage if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.

• Watches that are labeled as water resistant featuring a screw down crown. The crown must be screwed down properly at all times to keep the watch casing from receiving water damage inside the stem. Water damage is not covered under warranty by Tied Together Mens Hub.
